Growing up in London, Ontario

Devin was born and raised in London, Ontario, and is proud to call the Forest City home. Growing up in the West end of town, he attended Saunders Secondary School, followed by post-secondary education at Fanshawe College where he received a diploma in Business Marketing, and an advanced diploma in Business Administration Marketing.

Looking for a new challenge, Devin pursued an accelerated business program at Ryerson University. His commitment to academics earned him a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours standing, specializing in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Shortly after graduating, Devin set his sights on Real Estate. With strong interests in housing and development, formal business education and entrepreneurial mindset, he was eager to pursue this career path.

In January 2011, Devin became a licensed Realtor at the young age of 26. From the beginning, his goals were lofty, but he knew he was entering a crowded space of Realtors and wanted to build a foundation that would last. From his very first client who took a chance on him, to his most recent client, his passion and devotion have never wavered. Every client, from the first time homebuyer to a seller making their final move, receives the same level of service and attention.

Devin explains “from the moment I became a full time Realtor, I made a commitment to myself and more importantly, to my clients that I would be there every step of the way throughout the buying/selling process. Simply put, I LOVE what I do, and I can’t imagine working in anything but Real Estate. I am fully invested in continued learning to expand my knowledge base of new and re-sale residential, development, and construction.”

Over the past few years, Devin has increasingly become more involved with new home development and construction. He proudly represents one of the larger developers in London and surrounding areas. The knowledge gained from being actively involved throughout the home building process has enabled Devin to provide more comprehensive support to resale clients.

Devin establishes professional relationships with clients based on trust, honesty, expertise, and ongoing support and understanding. This strategy has enabled him to excel from being Rookie of the Year at Royal LePage Triland in 2012, to being in ranked in the Top 1% of all Royal LePage Realtors in Canada for 2019-2024 . Family Life

Devin and his wife Sarah live just outside of London in the neighbouring community of Kilworth. In 2019, the Nadeau family grew with the arrival of their identical twin boys - Blake and Everett.

 

Prior to inception of the Nadeau + Reid Real Estate team, Devin worked as an invidual agent from 2011 through to 2021. Over the course of those 10 years he was honoured to be the recipient of the following awards and achievements. He knows that none of these would be possible without the commitment of his client's and for that he is forever grateful!
